Steps to request deletion

- If you cannot sign in, email support@realtimevoicekit.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific data, such as uploaded audio or video, transcripts, translations, subtitles, summaries, API keys, or connected cloud-account tokens.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. After verification, we will process the request and confirm when deletion is complete.
Data we delete
- Account profile data such as name, email address, password credentials, locale, plan, and saved account preferences.
- Uploaded audio and video files, generated transcripts, edited transcript text, words, utterances, speaker labels, confidence scores, subtitles, translations, summaries, and chat-over-transcript messages.
- Folders, tags, sharing links, bookmarks, notifications, connected cloud-account tokens, and API keys tied to your account.
- RealtimeVoiceKIT usage records tied to your account, except records we must retain for billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-compliance reasons.
- Where RealtimeVoiceKIT uses service providers to process your data, we request deletion from those providers where deletion is available and required for the request.
Data we may keep
- Billing, invoice, subscription, tax, and payment records handled by Stripe or retained by RealtimeVoiceKIT where required for accounting, legal, tax, chargeback, or fraud-prevention purposes.

- Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you or your account.
Timing and retention
- Deletion from active RealtimeVoiceKIT systems is processed as soon as reasonably possible and generally within 30 days after we verify the request.
- Encrypted backups and system logs may contain residual copies for up to 90 days before they roll off through normal retention cycles.
- Billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
