Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use RealtimeVoiceKIT. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain all rights to the audio, video, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you, for example, to generate transcripts, translations, and subtitles.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload and that processing it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to use RealtimeVoiceKIT to process content unlawfully, infringe others' rights, transcribe individuals without required consent, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its API.

RealtimeVoiceKIT offers a Free plan with a monthly allowance of processing minutes, along with paid subscription plans (Premium, Pro, and Teams) that increase or remove that allowance. Paid plans are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor on a recurring weekly, monthly, or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time and your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. Developer API access is billed separately on a pay-as-you-go, per-minute basis after a one-time free allowance of API minutes. Current prices, included minutes, and billing terms are shown at checkout and on our pricing page, and applicable taxes may apply.

API access is provided with rtvk_ keys on eligible plans. You must keep your keys confidential and may not exceed published rate limits or use the API in a way that degrades the service for others.

We work to keep RealtimeVoiceKIT available and accurate but provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtimeVoiceKIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
