Top how-to answers

How do I get speaker labels?

They are on by default. Every transcript separates speakers automatically; rename them to real names in the transcript view. No setup or extra tools needed.

How do I export SRT or VTT subtitles?

Open the transcript and choose Export, then SRT or VTT. Timing and speakers are preserved, and translated subtitle exports are available for any target language.

How do I transcribe another language?

Just upload: the language is detected automatically across 100+ languages. You can also set it explicitly in the transcription options for extra certainty.

How do I translate a transcript?

Open the transcript, choose Translate, and pick any of 100+ target languages. Translation works in any direction, not just into English.

How do I transcribe a meeting live?

Start a live session in the app and speak: text appears in real time and the session saves as a normal transcript you can summarize and export.

How do I transcribe from a link?

Paste a YouTube or other supported media link into the new transcription form; the audio is fetched and transcribed for you.

Troubleshooting

My transcript looks inaccurate

Usually noisy audio, overlapping speakers, or the wrong language. Check the per word confidence highlights, set the language explicitly, and re-run; cleaner audio raises accuracy fast.

My transcription is stuck on processing

Long files can take a few minutes. If a job stays queued unusually long, refresh the page; stale jobs recover automatically, and re-uploading is safe.

The wrong language was detected

Set the language manually in the transcription options and run again. Mixed language audio picks the dominant language.

My upload fails

Check the file is an audio or video format such as MP3, WAV, M4A, or MP4 and your connection is stable. Very large files upload best on a wired or strong network.

No speaker labels appeared

Very short clips or single voice audio may show one speaker. For meetings, make sure voices do not fully overlap; distinct turns label best.

Billing and account

What does the free plan include?

10 minutes of transcription per month with every feature: speaker labels, exports, translation, and AI summaries. No card required.

How do the paid plans work?

Premium at $9.99, Pro at $19.90 with unlimited minutes, and Teams at $49.90 with unlimited minutes and 5 seats, billed weekly, monthly, or annually. Manage or cancel anytime from Billing.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to Settings, then Billing, and choose change plan or cancel. Changes apply at the next billing period; cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual transcripts from the library, or request full account deletion from the delete data page. Deletion is permanent.
