Data Processing Addendum
Last updated June 22, 2026
This page summarizes how RealtimeVoiceKIT processes the content you submit on your behalf and how to put a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) in place for your organization.
Controller and processor roles
For the audio, video, and transcripts you process, you are the data controller and RealtimeVoiceKIT acts as your data processor: we process that content on your documented instructions to provide the service.
What we process
We process the media you submit and the transcripts, translations, summaries, and subtitles generated from it, together with the account data needed to run your subscription.
Sub-processors
We use the providers listed on our Sub-processors page and require each to protect your data under appropriate data-protection terms. We will tell you about material changes so you can review them.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect it.
Security and your rights
We apply the protections described on our Security page. As the controller, you can instruct us to export or delete data, and you can action most requests directly from your account settings.
Requesting a signed DPA
If your organization needs a countersigned DPA, email support@realtimevoicekit.com with the subject "DPA" and your company details, and we will provide our agreement for signature.
