The files you upload and the outputs we generate remain yours. You can delete your files and transcripts at any time from your account, and deletion removes them from our active systems.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files and generated transcripts are retained until you delete them or close your account, subject to short-lived backups that expire on a rolling basis.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate RealtimeVoiceKIT (such as hosting and infrastructure), under agreements that require them to protect your data, or when required by law.
