Sub-processors
Last updated June 22, 2026
To deliver RealtimeVoiceKIT we rely on a small set of trusted service providers, or sub-processors, that process limited data on our behalf under data-protection agreements. This page lists who they are and what they do.
Google Cloud
Cloud hosting, database, and file storage. Processes the files you upload, the transcripts we generate, and your account data. Region: United States.
Speech-to-text processing provider
Converts the audio and video you submit into text. Processes your media and returns transcripts, speaker labels, and timing. We treat the underlying engine as a sub-processor and require it to protect your data. Region: United States.
OpenAI
Powers translation, summaries, and chat over your transcripts. Processes only the transcript text you choose to translate or analyze. Region: United States.
Stripe
Payment processing and subscription billing. Processes your billing details; card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches our servers. Region: Global.
Resend
Transactional email such as verification, password reset, and account notifications. Processes your email address and the message content. Region: United States.
Sentry
Error and performance monitoring. Processes limited diagnostic data to keep the service reliable. Region: United States.
Mixpanel and Google Analytics
Product and website analytics, including Mixpanel session replay. Process usage events to help us improve the service, and only after you grant the analytics category in our cookie banner. Region: United States.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. We will update this page when that happens. Questions? Email support@realtimevoicekit.com.
